Job Description:
Managers will be tasked with delegating a crew of up to six "Home
Services Specialists". You'll also communicate with clients on the
job, perform quality control checks during work, conduct on the job
training, record productivity analytics, and last but not least,
actually do the work the project requires along with the specialists
(i.e. Landscaping, Painting, Carpentry, etc...) A workday will begin
by meeting at Domum around 8:00 AM, there will be food and beverages
available in case you missed breakfast. Here you will meet your team
for the day and be briefed on that day's job. You will be given the
necessary tools and you will be dispatched to the job along with your
crew of specialists. From there you will greet the client and delegate
the crew tasks for the day. During the day you'll monitor quality
control and record analytics such as time and materials. When you
finish the job you'll do a walkthrough with the client, clean up the
site and return to Domum to drop off the equipment. You'll give a
brief rundown of how the job went, how the specialists performed and
any suggestions on how it could go better next time. Domum is
registered as a general contractor and you may be working alongside
